When Gilas Lost the Game
Kapitbahay: Marvil. Lika. Ano masasabi mo sa pagkapanalo ng China?
Ako: Wala naman pero halatang luto.
Isa pang kapitbahay: Bayaan na lang natin ang mga beho. Malakas talaga sila kasi kumakain sila ng mga aborted fetus.
At napansin kong biglang binitawan ng isang kainuman nila yung plato ng sisig...

And I call it... Fulfillment Failed...
It was a bad morning as I left the house with nothing in my stomach...
While on my way to the FX Terminal in Pinagbuhatan, I noticed that my breath was so... you know...
I just told myself that I will just have a quick breakfast before starting my shift...
I went to the pantry... Saw a yellowish viand and asked the lady in that kiosk, "Ate... Ano 'yan?" then pointed to the viand.
"Pork curry po, sir," she replied.
I immediately ordered a cup and a half of rice for that pork curry. I remember the last time I had a curry and it was one of the best curry dishes I had, and hoping that this one is as good as the last curry I had.
Had my utensils prepped... Even bought 500ml of Coca-Cola for my early lunch.
First spoonful of rice with pork curry sauce... and my world started falling apart...
I told myself to have a bite on those pork chunks... and to my surprise, I got 3 pieces of pork cuts and 9 slices of potatoes...
Great... is this Pork Curry? Or Maraya Curry? Or Jim Curry...
Well... what do we expect from a Karenderia anyway...
